Human Milk Connection Foundation is a 501c3 organization whose goal is to raise funds to help make the acquisition of Pasteurized Donor Human Milk (PDHM) more affordable and accessible in the state of California, and to educate on the benefits of using human milk.

1,300 OUNCES OF MILK!

In the first quarter of 2023 Human Milk Connection provided grant funding to Mothers’ Milk Bank of San Jose.
These funds provided approximately 1,300 ounces of human donor milk to California families.
