From December 2024 though January 2025, Human Milk Connection will be hosting a Bridge The Gap fundraiser. Our goal is to raise $10,000 during this two month period — all proceeds from the Bridge The Gap donation drive will go to Mothers’ Milk Bank California.
When there isn’t enough maternal milk present for babies in the initial weeks of life, Bridging the Gap can help families by providing human donor milk while maternal milk supply increases. A donation of $500 will provide an infant with enough human donor milk for one week. Help us reach our goal of assisting twenty babies for the holidays!
